Oh yeah. I posted somewhere about this bug (assuming it is a bug?), and whined a bit on IRC if I recall correctly. At the end of the day, I knew the license was correct, so I said to hell with it and carried on with my life. Yes, the content was PD-US-Gov, but I left the CCBYSA 2.0 tag on the images because they were legitimately uploaded to Flickr under that license, even though it's not within their power technically to apply this more restrictive license to a PD image.

So is this a problem with the Wizard? Or a problem with extended uploader? Or is it just a problem of having EU without being a reviewer? If so, do I need to apply for reviewer in order to stop making such messes? (It is a little silly I guess that I'm now on the permission queue but I'm not an on-wiki reviewer.)
