Are there any unexpected bdi settings?

in /zh-hans and /ja translations, I saw the same panoramas which may cause by some unnecessary bdi configurations (simply, there are spaces between each words, and they are not intentionally entered by hitting space buttons even though I need to intentionally do so to explain which panoramas they are here):

• 请 不 要 在 没 有 与 执 行 封 禁 的 管 理 员 沟 通 的 情 况 下 解 封 用 户 ， 除 非 是 在 明 显 无 争 议 的 情 况 下 。 已 获 用 户 查 核 封 禁
• 明 ら か で 議 論 の 余 地 の 無 い 場 合 を 除 き 、 ブ ロ ッ ク し た 管 理 者 と の 相 談 無 し に ブ ロ ッ ク を 解 除 し な い で く だ さ い 。
