Automatic categories not entirely helpful

By default this template puts files in Category:Scans from the Internet Archive. By putting anything in the second parameter, one can change this categorization to other files types. However, currently there is nothing in Category:Videos from the Internet Archive, and other file types are not standardized, so what is happening is that everything is being labeled as a scan and other categories which could be populated or not. Adding in an indciation/Category for files that have been reviewed and their licensing status confirmed.
