Italian translation vs. the English model

I just wanted to note that the last sentence of the italian translation substantially deviates from the English model.
It says: "If you believe this image is not a derivative work, please contact the administrator who deleted the file or file a request in Commons:Undeletion requests." (translation by me)
instead of the original "If you believe this image is not a derivative work, please explain why on the [[:{{{1}}}|image description page]]."
Actually I think a good combination of the two hints were even better, because the English one only covers the scenario in that the file has not yet been deleted, while the Italian one only covers the scenario that the file has already been deleted.
So how do you think about the following proposal: "If you believe this image is not a derivative work, please explain why on the [[:{{{1}}}|image description page]]. In case the image has already been deleted, you may contact the administrator who deleted the file or file a request in Commons:Undeletion requests."

Unphotographic derivative works

The template speaks on photographs only. Which template should be used in case of unphotographical derivative work, for example a drawing, painting or a diagram? --ŠJů (talk) 02:42, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Heading

Since headings contain just [[:{{{1}}}]] in all languages, they shouldn’t be included. Please change {{Autotranslate|1={{{1|}}}|base=Derivativenote/heading}} to [[:{{{1|}}}]]. Yes, there are some subpages, all with the same content: [[:{{{1}}}]]<noinclude>{{translated tag|user}}</noinclude>. They could be deleted (except /en, which must be substituted before deleting). --Tacsipacsi (talk) 22:58, 6 April 2015 (UTC)

{{Derivativenote/heading/en}} is used on 2262 user pages. We could edit them all to substitute this template, but as a bot owner I dislike editing people user-pages since they are notified and some of them will come back to me asking questions. I think if you make minor edit with your bot account, the user doesn’t get a new message notification (nominornewtalk user right). But it’s not the most important task in the wiki, so if you don’t want to do it, it won’t cause a big problem. :) --Tacsipacsi (talk) 21:27, 30 October 2015 (UTC)
