Philippines

That's the whole point of the pirate flag. If someone creates a new template they notice something is wrong.

Fjmustak, this template only accepts country codes for countries for which a valid creative commons license exists. If you can point out the valid localized versions for Palestine, Jordan, Iraq, Tunesia, Algeria or other, than I'm more than happy to add them. Invalid country code of Vietnam

In this template, country code for "File:Flag of Vietnam.svg" is "VI", but ISO 3166-2 correctly is "VN" (also see valid url for Vietnamese license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/vn/deed.vi). Please add or fix "VN" for this template, because it seriously affects the MediaWiki interface on translatewiki.net. --minhhuy ^(talk) 07:38, 16 May 2015 (UTC)

Jordan?

@Tarawneh: I noticed you added the flag of Jordan. There isn't a Creative Commons Affiliate Team for Jordan and there are no country-specific ported versions of any of the Creative Commons licenses for Jordan. This template isn't a general-purpose country flag template. It's for the Creative Commons license tags. The general purpose template is Template:Country-flags, which already supports Jordan. Language / country

The description page talks about 'creative commons language codes' - is that intentional? I imagine that should be country codes? Effeietsanders (talk) 03:25, 30 November 2019 (UTC)

Northern Ireland

Is it possible to get the Northern Ireland flag added to the template, as it is defaulting to the pirate flag at the moment. Wiki Loves Earth in Ireland covers the whole island, so ideally the templates should reflect the inclusion of NI, thanks! Smirkybec (talk) 09:34, 21 June 2022 (UTC)

@Smirkybec: as long as NI doesn't have CC licenses, it shouldn't be added here. I think you need to update {{Wiki Loves Earth 2022 country logos}}. Not sure why one exists for every year and not a central one like {{Wiki Loves Monuments country logos}}. Multichill (talk) 18:52, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
