Template:Posthumous-PD
This is the PD template suggested by {{PD-100-unpublished}}. The work thus flagged has been created more than 100 years ago, so it has been labeled with the {{PD-old-100}} tag, but it has not been published during the legal protection delay, and unpublished works may receive some legal protection when published after that delay. This depends on the publication country, and the publication date.
- Format :
{{Posthumous-PD|country = |date = }} - Country = Publication country. Mandatory, country where the posthumous work was published. Parameter is the country code, see en:ISO 3166-2.
- Date = Publication year. Mandatory if the publication country gives exclusive rights to works published after the legal delay (for instance, in the E.U.).
