If (though PD-old) this work was published less than 100 years ago, you must also include a public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain both in the United States, and in its country of publication (the latter usually being {{Posthumous-PD}}).

This template is intended to replace {{PD-old-warning-text}} when used with {{PD-old-100}}, since the only possible problem is that of a recent publication. If the {{PD-old-100}} work was published more than 100 years ago, no further tag is needed.

Its only function is to provide the language switch for the warning.
