Description
Nederlands: In Lelystad zitten de zeshonderd zwaarste criminelen van Amsterdam achter de tralies. Veel mensen ontwijken deze criminelen het liefst, maar Minchenu Maduro helpt hen juist met reïntegreren. Pedagoog Minchenu Maduro werkt met mannen uit de Top600: ‘Sommigen zijn getraumatiseerd door hun daad’

Ze groeide op in een buurt waar ze van kinds af aan werd geconfronteerd met zware criminaliteit. Al jong wist ze het vertrouwen te winnen van zware jongens, nu werkt ze met criminele veelplegers. Hoe breek je door hun kille façades heen? Hoe win je hun vertrouwen, waar ligt de verbinding en wat is hun kracht? In een ontwapenend en aanstekelijk portret filmt Mildred Roethof haar in de gevangenis in Lelystad.
