In piano textbook of Sir John Thompson, there was always a piece of Boating Song with beatiful painting beside. It's said it was from a lake, lazy European afternoon and an opera of Bach. Thanks to the performance of Siming, He. Let us listen to...

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Yes, it's not played by me, but my student Siming, He. After getting his parents and his own permission, and after one month's exercises in classroom, I can submit this piece.

Siming, He (Chinese characteristics-meaning of his name: Like a lively sculpture, this clever boy is from He family), was a very lively and extroverted boy. He has many interests and talents, such English, hosting, reciting poems, Go-playing... Therefore, it's very hard to let him focus the attention onto piano and make a steady and silent song, through the soft and restless little hands... Thanks to his parents' association. We did succeed...When playing this tune, he almost changed to another person - calming down the breathes and making out some very graceful actions... like a real boatman, musically boating for us... in a lazy afternoon.

Regarding with the information of its composer - Bach... sorry, I am seeking for my textbook. It's said this tune was from an opera; and this Bach wasn't piano-kids' familiar Baroque Bach... I need to do some researches...

All in all, let us listen to him
