Edit kind: I was trying to upload a video to correct a statement in the 2022 Buffalo shooting article, because it states that " Ten people, all of whom were Black" and in the footage that was streamed you can clearly see the first victim was a white female. The reason the filter gave was "potentially unconstructive, and it has been disallowed." Maybe someone else with an older account can upload it for me and make the correction to the article.

Comments: I honestly find this very difficult to contribute or upload file. I also wonder why even a simple title was being blocked. Not even suggestions were named (to give me at least clues on how I should create a "unique descriptive title". May you please define what a "constructive" descriptive title is?
