I'm sorry to inform you that you have experienced a bug with Special:ImportFile triggering Special:AbuseFilter/4 and Special:AbuseFilter/135 because at least one edit to the original file was empty; the bug has been reported at phab:T213409 and phab:T215429. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to import such files yet because you have neither the "autopatrol" user right nor 200 edits on Wikimedia Commons. I see that you evidently broke attribution when uploading File:NEMA 7-30P.svg. Why did you do that? Is that file really your own work? Where did you get the specs for it and your other NEMA-related "own work" uploads? I'm sorry, didn't really intend to claim authorship of the designs. Since the file explicitly stated it was NEMA's creation, I thought that my work in question would be the 79 SVG images I've drawn and uploaded. NEMA code is published under ANSI/NEMA WD 6-2016, available online for free in both ANSI and NEMA websites.

Furthermore, the drawings are in accordance to NEMA copyright policy under these terms:

1.1.2 Use or reproduction is for informational or personal use only, and
1.2.3 No modifications of any Works are made.

I've drawn them and uploaded in good faith, but if they fall in misattribution criteria, I just need instructions for proper rectification (or deletion) of those files. I'm relatively new to the Wiki, and I do try to follow the guidelines, but the correct procedures sometimes are a little confusing for new users like me. Anyway, thanks for the clarification. Thanks Jeff, I'm not sure I understand. I have tried to upload again with a file size of 4.9Mb and pixels of 5,612,124 with included EXIF and it still triggers the abuse filter! This seems to satisfy the criteria in your second sentence or is the fact I am a "new user" I have edited articles in Wikipedia since 2007 so do I still count as a new user?
