Jeff - Thanks for the great advice. In regard to your question - After helping the American Legion National Headquarters in 2008 get a social media presence I started a social networking group on 20 Jan 2009 promoting the phrase Vets Helping Vets https://www.facebook.com/military.veterans/, to help those who try to navigate the VA system get the help they need, or at least try to direct them to the right person or organization. At present we have a tad over 20,000 people involved and for the last few years I have been working on a program to utilize doves (my hobby since 1975) to help combat wounded veterans, first responders, and others who have witnessed first hand a trauma and have been medically diagnosed as suffering from post-traumatic stress (aka PTSD) that doves can be a way to bring a little peace to their mind. The program launches at the end of the year, and because of my service to the military and veteran community I was asked if I would accept the designation as the first Purple Heart Dovecote in the United States. I gracefully accepted and on Flag Day and the 247th Army Birthday my loft was declared through proclamation by the 2021-2022 MOPH State Commander. I don't know how you can both copyright the author of a painting - in that case: Henri Dimier who painted the piece of art called "au pied du grand arbre", and the person who took a picture of the painting.

from my knowledge, someone who takes a photo of a painting doesnt become the author of the painting copyrights. Happy to get your feedback on how to handle this ?

Also, it will look fuzzy when scaled down (due to design decisions discussed in phab:T192744), so you may want to upload a jpg or svg version, too. If you can't get compliant licenses, the images may still be uploaded to English Wikipedia in compliance with en:WP:F because we don't allow Fair Use here.
