The original error message did not explain the minimum size requirement ("unconstructive"), and the message you pasted, with "cross-wiki", a term that may make sense to someone else, sounds to me as though Wikipedia concluded that I were copying the photo from someone. Yust a note, the german translation for the warning of Filter says that you can upload the image by clicking the Save button again, while the filter is set to disallow. So please either alter the warning (you can set the warning as the message to show when the edit is disallowed btw) or dont set the filter to disallow. The English text is at MediaWiki:Abusefilter-warning-gallery, and I would suggest that we put the suggested update for the German text at MediaWiki talk:Abusefilter-warning-gallery/de and add a {{Edit protected}} when ready to go. It doesn't look as though we have translations other languages.
