How to deal with a file in two versions?

Hello, the file File:Persen_Verlag_Logo.jpg contains an old and a new version of the logo image of the company. How to extract them, that all the information a kept? Is there any tool? --Der Buckesfelder  Talk  Evaluation  E-Mail  commons 13:22, 7 December 2016 (UTC)

The image file doesn't contain two images. Rather, there's an old version at https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/archive/3/39/20161205093624%21Persen_Verlag_Logo.jpg and the new version at https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/39/Persen_Verlag_Logo.jpg . Add the {{Split}} template if you think that one should not have been overwritten by the other... AnonMoos (talk) 15:41, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

SVG ignores CSS

I uploaded this file to commons. However, MediaWiki seems to be ignoring the CSS styles. I can't figure out why. Could someone please help? SharkD  Talk  05:39, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

Manual:Image_administration doesn't mention any issues with internal stylesheets or CSS classes. SharkD  Talk  09:13, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
Nor does SVG_image_support. SharkD  Talk  09:20, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

Never mind. I got it to work. You have to use

<style type="text/css">

instead of just

<style>

. When I changed this, it worked okay. SharkD  Talk  10:46, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

For the record, phab:T68672 is mentioned in Help:SVG#Font styling class. (Generally, Help:SVG is more informative than those pages from other projects that you linked to. LX (talk, contribs) 11:24, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
