- I withdraw my nomination A solar-powered sea-shuttle (and reflection), in La Rochelle, Charente-Maritime, France.-- Jebulon (talk) 09:51, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose Boring centered composition, bad direction of the light. --Christian Ferrer (talk) 11:19, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
- Comment That it is solar-powered is not really visible. --Tremonist (talk) 15:05, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
- Support In this case the reflection offsets the boringness of the centered composition. Daniel Case (talk) 16:11, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
- Please notice that the "boringness of the centered composition" is completely on purpose and was difficult enough to achieve. A geommetric composition was the best in this case IMO and is broken anyway, because of the bunch of sailing boats in the background...--Jebulon (talk) 20:46, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- I think you understand this, but I was using the phrase with tongue partially in cheek. There is, of course, no iron-clad rule saying that a centered composition is inherently boring, any more than an off-center composition is inherently interesting. Daniel Case (talk) 04:30, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
- No problem. My comment quoted you indeed, but you quoted Christian Ferrer...--Jebulon (talk) 09:47, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

- Just a little precision, I wanted to oppose for "not visually outstanding", but I heard so often from Jebulon say "Boring centered composition", that I could not prevent myself to do the same. Not especially smart on my part, the sentence itself is not very smart, I agree with Daniel "no iron-clad rule saying that a centered composition is inherently boring". --Christian Ferrer (talk) 18:47, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
- So, this oppose is just a kind of revenge vote... Nice.--Jebulon (talk) 19:56, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
- Not at all, I wanted to oppose, it's just the sentence that changed and the way to write it, just inspired by your words. --Christian Ferrer (talk) 20:01, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
- In the fact only the light is boring, the centering position is even good IMO. --Christian Ferrer (talk) 20:11, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
- I withdraw my nomination I find this disgusting. I stop here. I need a little break to think about my happyness to play this little shabby game.--Jebulon (talk) 22:27, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
