- Oppose - Definitely a good picture, but I don't think the focus is up to the great standard of flying birds we've promoted to FP during the time I've been here. Maybe longer-standing FPC habitues would have more to say about this, but that's my take on it. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 08:32, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose I have the following problem: The bird is very noisy, whereas the background is not. In addition the contour of the bird is partly very unsharp (it "fades away"). Comparing the different versions one can see, that the background was also very noisy in the first version, but there was done a noise reduction of the background with an unsharp border to the bird or that the bird was cut out with unsharp borders and was added to the completely noise-reduced original photo --Llez (talk) 09:25, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose Per Llez. The processing is too sloppy and has this visible blurred boundary. – LucasT 17:56, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose per others. What a shame you weren't able to keep the bird as it was in the original image. Daniel Case (talk) 18:44, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
