Proposal to move "Category:Rome" to "Category:Rome, Italy"[edit]

Oppose to rename this category in "Rome, Italy". If we say "Rome", all people undertstand which city we means. It's important that all other Rome have a disambiguation. In the USA we have a lot of cities and towns they have the same name of his mother-cities in Europe or elsewhere. These daughter-cities must to have a disambiguation, not the mother-cities! --DenghiùComm (talk) 14:40, 4 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's not how things are going here. Ask Foroa (talk · contribs), etc. We are starting to disambiguate everything, even things with no other known instances. Wknight94 talk 02:55, 5 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose to rename this category in "Rome, Italy". --ŠJů (talk) 03:26, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Then you may want to comment at Commons talk:Naming categories where they are disagreeing with you. Wknight94 talk 03:36, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I can see no discussion about it at Commons talk:Naming categories. The city of Rome isn't a ship. --ŠJů (talk) 03:49, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose, as above --Lalupa (talk) 22:52, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
