Rename "21st-century years by country" to "21st century by country by year"

Hi, looking at the content at this category this seems as if the present name is incorrect, and should have in fact been Category:21st century by country by year. Take a good look as I. I may be wrong. If my point is correct, this will rule across all our 19 18 "XX-century years by country" categories, viewable at the top of Category:Years by country. Meta cats can be quite confusing. The emerging standard seems to be that the last term, in this case "by year", signifies the variable part on which it is sorted. This is the case for example in Category:21st century by country. --Foroa (talk) 17:31, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
