Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Statue-ophavsretsproblemer

Der er problemer med foto af skulpturer, jvf. Ophavsretsloven 24.2 Se Category:Statue of the Little Mermaid (Copenhagen). Jeg har sat nogle 'copyvio' ind flere steder. — Fnielsen (talk) 17:48, 7 May 2014 (UTC)

File:Stenfiguren i Storegade.jpg er langt fra en skulptur. Det er en der blev givet til gågaden af Hadsund Stenhugger i 1900. Vi bør måske lige kikke Category:Fountains in Denmark igennem da der er rigtig mange skulpturere. Vh --Søren1997 ^{(talk // contributions)} 18:26, 7 May 2014 (UTC)

Skulpturerne er kunstværker hvor ophavsretten sandsynligvis ikke er udløbet (de ser da ihvertfald moderne ud). Rettighedshaveren er kunstneren eller evt. arvinger. Det er ikke butikscentret, - selv om de har købt en kopi. Desværre :-(. Se evt. [1] — Fnielsen (talk) 19:12, 7 May 2014 (UTC)

your tagging of artworks in Denmark

Hi Søren1997, when you tag files for suspicion of copyvio, please use the copyvio-link in the toolbox (left side of screen) or notify the uploaders manually about the problem. Otherwise, the uploaders remain without notice or the deleting administators first have to check whether the uploaders were notified and eventually notify them, which adds unnecessary workload. No, you have done nothing wrong. I just think regular deletion requests are more appropriate for simple logos because it is not obvious copyright violation, so it should be discussed. Best regards, BrightRaven (talk) 17:04, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

It was as fortunate. It is you who decide whisper templates to be on. It's probably a good idea to discuss the logos you refer.

It should be emphasized that User: Luffe1810, a few hours ago was blocked off en: wiki for a week. The reasoning sounded "Copyright violation: and vandalism" See here. Best regards --Søren1997 ^{(talk // contributions)} 18:26, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

Hej Søren! Som udgangspunkt er alt materiale i bøger, blade, aviser og på hjemmesider beskyttet af ophavsret. Så medmindre der udtrykkeligt står noget andet, så må vi ikke blot kopiere det. Hvis du spørger fx en avis og de giver tilladelse til at bruge billedet, så skal vi have det på skrift. Vi har nogle skabeloner til hvordan sådanne tilladelser kan se ud.
