This user was incorrectly placed on the Flickr blacklist. I have gone through thousands of their photos and never found anything problematic. On the two photos that got them added to the blacklist, he clearly noted: picture downloaded from Wikipedia- I crossed this train twice on my run from Osaka to Hiroshima but photographing anything at that speed was well night impossible as all you can see is a blur of pink and white, as can be seen here and here. I have started an effort to clear Shankar from the blacklist but I am not certain on how to best go about it - perhaps you can help? Thank you, mr.choppers (talk)-en- 18:33, 2 March 2024 (UTC)

I've left a note on the user talk page. You should consider bringing this up at Commons talk:Questionable Flickr images, which probably has more watchers than the user talk page linked above. You could also open a thread at COM:VPC if you would like. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 18:40, 2 March 2024 (UTC)
Hi RTH, I'm just asking for some assistance in understanding your rejection of the page on Dr George Blair-West that you declined on 18 March 2024. There were, hopefully, a range of references supplied (as I did not submit the page) from his publications in peak international peer-reveiwed scientific journals, his five books and his two talks as a TED speaker, and then there was the reference to his invitation by the Hungarian government to speak at their Demographic Summit. As a fellow Australian in the mental health space (I'm a psychologist) he reached out to me just wondering what the problem was? Can you shed some light please? Thanks for your time on this.
