Diskussion Bergbaumuseum verschieben?

Hallo, wär's vielleicht ok, wenn ich unsere Diskussion ab Deiner Frage einschließlich, ob Fotos im Museum erlaubt sind, auf meine Talk-Seite setze? Dann wäre der Lesefluss für andere besser. – Ich hoffe sehr, dass dem Bergbaumuseum Publicity willkommen ist. Die Ruhrregion ist ja auch Kulturhauptstadt 2010, einige gute Bilder in diesem Jahr vom Bergbaumuseum und anderen Stätten würde gut passen. Ich habe drei Jahre in Bochum gewohnt, mir wuchs die Stadt mehr ans Herz, als ich erwartet hätte ;-) Hoffentlich wird mal wieder "Rote Erde" wiederholt... --Iotatau (talk) 21:35, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

Danke für die Zustimmung, umgesetzt. Ich wohne jetzt in Berlin. 2008 und 2009 war ich noch mal von Osnabrück aus (Wohnort Schwiegereltern) im Bergbaumuseum. Sollte ein Foto-Termin zustandekommen, sage bitte Bescheid, evtl. kann ich es einrichten, dazuzustoßen. Bisher war ich nur mit Nicht-Fotografen drin, und es ist ziemlich frustrierend, wenn man Stativ und die ganze Ausrüstung mitschleppt, aber nur ansatzweise zum Einsatz bringen kann. Danke für den Zwischenstand beim Bergbaumuseum. Ich hätte kein Problem damit, auf eine "non-commercial license" für Bilder aus dem Museum umzustellen. Wenn ich im Technikmuseum in Berlin mit Stativ fotografieren will, muss ich auch jedes Mal schriftlich erklären, dass keine gewerbliche Nutzung der Bilder erfolgen wird. Im Grunde genommen sollte dieses Thema bundesweit zentral gelöst werden, damit man nicht mit jedem Museum einzeln verhandeln muss. --Iotatau (talk) 17:57, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

Da gibt es gleich zwei Probleme:

- Eine nonkommerzielle Lizenz reicht für die commons nicht, was mir übrigens überhaupt nicht gefällt.

- Eine bundesweit einheitliche Lösung für die Bildrechte ist aufgrund der sehr unterschiedlichen Trägerschaften und Besitzverhältnisse an den ausgestellten Objekten nicht zu erwarten.

Die Auskunft bedeutet also streng genommen, dass wir alle Bilder aus dem Bergbaumuseum löschen müssten.

Oha. Mit Punkt 1 habe ich mich bisher noch gar nicht genau beschäftigt, aber tatsächlich: Commons:Licensing "Media licensed under non-commercial only licenses also are not accepted." Ich habe noch viele Museumsbilder, die ich posten wollte, nicht nur vom Bergbaumuseum, das ist damit hinfällig. --Iotatau (talk) 19:48, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

Ich bring's nicht übers Herz, einen Löschantrag für die KTF 280 zu stellen. Ich warte jetzt den Ausgang des Austauschs mit dem Bergbaumuseum ab. If you want the image kept, please re-upload it under your name after deleting it so records do not show my name attached. I do not want my name attached to a file that shows the naked rear ends of children for reasons of possible legal liability in my home country. Hi. This DR was set as a user request, because the uploader wanted to be dissociated from this file (he seems to be afraid about local legal, non-copyright issues, and keeps insisting on my talk page), and you chose to close the DR on a purely copyright basis without considering the request. Since you seem certain that the copyright status is ok (which is not my case) and that there could be no problem whatsoever in uploading the file (which is not my case), would you be kind enough to upload a duplicate yourself, so that it is associated with a user who sees no problem in the file?
