Hallo Avatar, Danke für die Info. Leider ist aber mein Englisch so schlecht, dass ich den Text (bis jetzt noch) nicht gelesen habe. Ich hatte mir auf der deutschen Wikipedia Seite mal die Lizenzbedingungen durchgelesen und dann natürlich auch die von adidas [1]. Und auf deren Webseite bin ich mal von ausgegangen, dass die nichts dagegen haben. Zumal es in deren Presseportal war. Ich werde mich bemühen, in Zukunft etwas vorsichtiger bei solchen Aktionen zu sein. Deshalb hier mal eine Frage. Ich bin über folgende Lizenzbestimmung bei der UEFA zur UEFA EM 2008 in der Schweiz und Österreich gestoßen:

Hallo, I don't trust my German to be able to speak of copyright, but images such as Image:St-johns-college.jpg, dating after 1978, are copyrighted by the USPS and not freely usable. Danke, dass du den Commons Bilder zur Verfügung stellst. Bitte beachte, dass alle Dateien in den Commons unter einer freien Lizenz stehen müssen und nützlich für Wikimedia Projekte sein sollen. Um anderen die Benutzung deiner Dateien zu ermöglichen, musst du einige zusätzliche Informationen auf der jeweiligen Beschreibungsseite angeben. Bitte hole das nach.

Es geht mir dabei um folgende Bilder:

Antwort zu Es fehlen Lizenzangaben

Hallo Flominator, Danke für den Hinweis. Ich hatte gedacht, dass ich eine Lizenz ausgewählt hätte, habe aber wohl eine "Lizenzüberschrift" ausgewählt. Sowas aber auch ;-) Werde gleich die Lizenzen hinzufügen.

Zu der weiteren Frage, hatte ich mir auch schon mal die Diskussion auf http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild:Briefmarke-Recht.jpg durchgelesen, sowie die Seite die Du geschrieben hast. Ich bin dabei zur folgenden Meinung gekommen:

1. Die Deutsche Post erlaubt Abbildungen, wenn diese vergrössert, verkleinert oder mit einem Balken versehen sind. Bei "meinen" Briefmarken ist eine echte Entwertung durch einen Poststempel erfolgt, also dürfte es zulässig sein.

2. Das Recht des Künstlers bzw. des Grafikers, wäre wahrscheinlich nur dann betroffen, wenn ich nur den entsprechenden Bildausschnitt der Briefmarke gewählt hätte. So aber ist die komplette Briefmarke und der Stempel abgebildet, was IMHO eher einer Art "Panoramafreiheit" entspricht.

Von daher denke ich, dass es in Ordnung geht. Wie siehst Du die Sache? Wir können ja die Diskussion auf w:de:Wikipedia:Briefmarken weiterführen. Wünsche ebenfalls ein frohes, gesundes und vor allem ein erfolgreiches Jahr 2006. --Viele Grüße - kandschwar 15:52, 2 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

BKA Logos

Hi Kandschwar, Image:Bka logo.gif und Image:Bka logo2.gif fallen nicht unter § 5 Abs. 1 UrhG (es sind keine staatlichen Kennzeichen), sondern es handelt sich um urheberrechtlich geschützte Logos, die höchstwahrscheinlich von externen Designbüros entworfen wurden und entweder deren oder der Rechtsinhaberschaft des BMI/des Bundes unterliegen. Bitte lasse die Logos wieder löschen. (Bitte achte in Zukunft auch darauf, Logos nicht im gif-Format, sondern im png-Format hochzuladen). Danke --C.Löser 17:21, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo C.Löser, Danke für den Hinweis. Ich hatte gedacht, dass solche Logos unter die staatlichen Kennzeichen fallen. Da diese Logos das "neue" Corporate Design der Bundesregierung (alle Bundesministerien, -ämter usw.) sollen diese Art von Logos in offiziellen Publikationen führen. ... Briefmarken

Hallo kandschwar, leider besitze ich keine Michelkataloge, bin zwar ein Briefmarkensammler aber so extrem auch wieder nicht ;-) Mal sehen, werde mir irgendwann mal die Kataloge anlegen.

Falls bei mir Briefumschläge oder Postkarten mit Stempel ... auftauchen, so werde ich sie klareweise einscannen. Komme momentan schlecht dazu, die eingescannte Marken zu bearbeiten. Gruß --Magellan 19:44, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo Magellan, macht ja nix. Noch ein Tipp, solltest Du Dir mal einen Katalog zu legen wollen. Am Anfang reichen auch mal etwas ältere Ausgaben, die man auf dem Flohmarkt erhält. Gerade wenn man damit anfängt. Ich habe auch nicht immer die neuesten, sondern bekomme die immer von befreundeten Briefmarkenzüchtern geschenkt bzw. gegen einen kleinen Obulus. Auch muss man sich nicht jedes Jahr einen Katalog kaufen. Da es ja nicht so viele wertliche Unterschiede gibt. Und was die Werte angeht, ist das eh so eine Sache. Ich schau meist nur nach, wann wer wie wo was warum wieviel herausgebracht hat. --Viele Grüße - kandschwar 09:40, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, gut, werde mich umsehen sobald es sich ergibt, besonders wegen die vielen ausländische Briefmarken die ich habe wären Michelkataloge sinnvoll. Lizenvorlagebausteine

Hi, Du bist eine Art Expertin für Vorlagen und so dachte ich Dich anzusprechen, denn Du kannst mir evtl. weiterhelfen. Es geht um Briefmarken aus Ungarn. {{PD-Coa-Germany}] beispielsweise betrifft Deutschland bzw. deutsches Recht, besteht die Möglichkeit auf so eine Vorlage, die Ungarn betrifft? Hallo Magellan, also als allererstes die Expertin ist (wenn dann schon) ein Experte. Briefmarken werden meist von staatlichen / privaten Postunternehmen herausgebracht. Im Falle von Deutschland dementsprechend die Deutsche Reichspost, Deutsche Bundespost / Deutsche Bundespost Berlin, Deutsche Post der DDR, oder heute eben die Deutsche Post AG. Es handelt sich hierbei jeweils um sogenannte Amtliche Werke. In wieweit Ungarn die Rechte an Briefmarken behandelt kann ich nicht sagen. Da Du aber wohl ungarisch kannst (wenn ich das auf Deiner deutschen Seite richtig gesehen habe) kannst Du diese ja mal anschreiben und nachfragen ob eine Veröffentlichung erlaubt ist. Als Beispiel sei hier noch erwähnt, dass aktuelle Briefmarken von Österreich und den USA nicht in der Wikipedia abgebildet werden dürfen, da diese ein strenges Copyright (bzw. auch vom jeweiligen Künstler geschützt sind). Hallo Kandschwar, danke fürs Antworten und nun ist mir Dein Person als Mann ebenfalls bekannt. Hatte unter wiki.de nachgefragt, von dort ist momentan noch kein Antwort eingegangen, das wird jedoch bald kommen denke ich. Bei wiki.hu habe ich nachgelesen, dort sind sich die User auch nicht richtig im klaren darüber wie ungar. Flaggen, Wappen und Logo´s gehandhabt werden dürfen/können. Anscheinend schieben sie sich gegenseitig dazu einen Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsbelehrung zu erfragen/einholen aber es würde ja nicht umsonst gemacht, es entsteht für den jeweiligen Nachfrager Kosten. Jemand, der z. B. Jura studiert ist dort nicht vorhanden der/die den wiki.hu wohltätig unterstützend beraten könnte. Ich werde zunächst abwarten was bei wiki.de zum Thema gesagt wird und dann mal sehen wie es weiter geht. Gruß --Magellan 13:35, 20 Aug 2006 (UTC)

Hi Magellan, wie bist Du überhaupt auf die Idee gekommen ich könnte weiblich sein? Das würde mich jetzt doch mal interessieren. Leider habe ich hier in den Commons den Baustein für das Geschlecht noch nicht gefunden, sollte man mal hier einbauen. ;-) Auf der deutschen Seite habe ich es jedenfalls drin. ;-)
Nun aber zu Deinem Thema: Wo hast Du Was auf der deutschen Wiki zu diesem Thema geschrieben? Einen entsprechenden Wikilink hier genügt mir (übergreifende Wikilinks fangen z.B. mit [[:de:Benutzer:Kandschwar]] an, welches dann also de:Benutzer:Kandschwar ergibt. Hallo Epo, mein englisch ist leider nicht so gut, deshalb die Antwort in Deutsch: In dem genannten Logo habe ich keine notwendige Schöpfungshöhe gesehen, deshalb auch die entsprechende Lizenzierung. Hallo Raymond, ich hatte mich diesbezüglich auf das Bild in der deutschen Wikipedia de:Bild:Lenin und Trotzki (Retusche).jpg berufen, dort war es mit PD-Alt gekennzeichnet. Deshalb hatte ich gedacht, dies wäre okay. Falls dies nicht so ist, tut mir dies leid. Bild kann dann natürlich gelöscht werden.

Hallo Wikipeder, wie bereits beim oberen Bild habe ich mich auf die deutsche Wikipedia de:Bild:Lenin und Trotzki (Original).jpg berufen. Habe eben aber auch noch mal in einem Buch nachgesehen. PS: Im Bildnachweis des Buches was ich habe, wird als Quelle: Staatliches Historisches Museum Moskau angegeben. Vielleicht hilft das ja weiter, aber kann natürlich wie das Bild ohne Trotzki gelöscht werden, da beide Bilder von dem Unbekannten Fotografen sind. Hallo Wikipeder, da habe ich mich leider oben unsauber ausgedrückt. Die Bilder die ich hochgeladen habe sind nicht von Goldstein, sondern von dem Unbekannten. dies ist auch auf dem Weblink auf der jeweiligen Bildseite www.arte.tv nachzulesen (der dortige link, verweist direkt auf den entsprechenden Artikel und dort steht auch, das Goldstein ein Bild gemacht hat und der unbekannte Fotograf. Please stop reverting my edit to Christmas seal. This page clearly belongs in the category Tuberculosis, just like a page about "Easter seals" would belong in a category:Muscular Dystrophy. Unless you can provide me with some sort of rational for reverting my edit, (twice now, and after I stated my rational for it's inclusion in the TB category) I will have to assume you are attempting to vandalise here.--DO11.10 20:02, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Kandeschwar, ich bin bei der Arbeit in der Kategorie Incomplete deletion requests über eine von dir nominierte Briefmarke gestolpert, File:1968 CEPT 20Rp.jpg. Da ich weder in Commons:Stamps/Public domain noch bei den Bildrechten in der de Wikipedia etwas finde werde ich den Löschantrag vervollständigen. Bitte schau dir mal File:1964 Pro aqua 10Rp.jpg an und füg es dem Löschantrag hinzu indem du es auf der Löschantragsseite nennst. --Martin H. (talk) 19:19, 2 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hallo Martin H., auch diese Schweizer Briefmarke muss leider gelöscht werden. Da diese von 1964 stammt und die Grafiker mit Sicherheit noch keine 70 Jahre tot sind. Im Prinzip kann man sagen, alle Briefmarken aus Österreich und der Schweiz dürfen nicht in den Commons aufgenommen werden. This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

English translation of licensing statement

Hi! I notice your license statement at: File:BahnCard-First25.JPG

I fed it into Google translator and then tried rewriting it into natural English. This is what I came up with so far:

  • "I cannot make a "gentlemen's agreement" to use the image outside of its license. Image use that fails to comply with the provisions of the GDFL is costly and I will be forced to cover any resulting expenses." and "A higher quality resolution is available on request." I can't figure out what "Zweitlizensierung ggf. auch unentgeltlich auf Anfrage. Aus diesem Grunde ist dieses Bild auch "kaputtkomprimiert" worden" mean... 1) typo: Zweitlizensierung = Zweitlizenzierung. 2) Roughly translated: "Secondary (or additional/individual) licensing, free of charge where appropriate, on request. For this reason this image is overcompressed". The word kaputtkomprimiert is a combination of kaputt (adj) and komprimieren (verb), this can be written separated or together in german. The kaputt here is difficult to translate, in fact it means that it is damaged by compression. A german speaker will, supported by the quotation marks, not read that it is damaged but that it is not usable for many purposes due to image compression. --Martin H.
