اعتراض بشأن تنبيه للحذف وطلب مساعدة

تحية طيبة لسعادتكم؛ أخي لقد نبهت من قبلكم على صورتين رفعتها الأولى شعار لجهة حكومية والثانية لمسؤول حكومي وذكرتم مخالفة ذلك لقوانين الويكيبيديا مع العلم أن الصور التي رفعتها مشاعة للاستخدام غير التجاري. آمل توضيح وجهة نظركم قبل حذف الصور، كما آمل المساعدة وشرح ما هي ضوابط الصور غير المخالفة للقوانين.

Hi Dyolf77, I already provided explanations on that file, the file is not copyrighted, but just as a courtesy I added the name of the photographer to the license header, could you please let me know why you went ahead and removed it? @Qudees: مرحبا. يجب على صانع الصورة أن يقوم بتحميلها شخصيا على كومنز. دون ذلك سيتمّ حذفها فورا.

يمكن في حالة لم يتمكن من تحميل الصور بنفسه، أن يقوم شخص آخر بتحميلها، لكن على الصانع الأصلي (من التقط الصورة) كذلك أن يقوم بإرسال رسالة يبيّن فيها ترخيصه لاستعمال الصورة تحت رخصة حرّة عبر البريد الالكتروني. لمزيد التفاصيل اطّلع على: Commons:OTRS. --— D Y O L F 77^[Talk] 12:44, 23 March 2015 (UTC)

I am fairly new to Wikipedia so was unaware that Gold and Platinum records were not allowed to be added to any Wikipedia pages. I read about it and saw the reason why it's not allowed, but it's a shame in this case as not that many people get to see these things. These records are given out to the people who worked on the albums, so they do own the plaque, but I guess not the image of the artist, is that correct? I'm looking around on Wikipedia and see album covers on pages for albums...ie, the cover of Hotel California, Queen etc. so how is that allowed? I see no permission stated. Thanks. This is what is on Adele's 21 album page for the album cover that's on there... "This is the cover art for 21 (Adele album) . The cover art copyright is believed to belong to the record label or the graphic artist(s)." I guess I should be able to upload the plaque again and be able to use these words then, correct?

What was the reason for the deletions you warned about here? At least the extant photos by the same uploader are not found elsewhere in the web and COM:AGF suggests we assume that they wera all taken by this user with consent of the model to illustrate the w:pt article about him. Second, I see that you proposed SKamoun.tif and FZannad.tif for revision. I see that you are not sure about the fact that these works are adapted to Commons Requirements... In order to answer you efficiently, I will explain you what happens... Many users do some modifications on files that could be found online and submit it as their own work... I discovered that when attending WikiArabia. I downloaded the two photos from Internet. In general, the photos I downloaded show the personalities with other people. So, I made some modifications so that I modified both photos and ameliorated the resolution of the final output. That is why when you will browse Internet, you will not find out precisely the original photos and that is why I attributed finally both works as my own works.

Je n'arrive pas à identifier ce lieu : Category:Testour Hammam. Il me semble que le nom figure dans la description des photos mais je n'arrive pas à le déchiffrer.
