I already split this file once because of our guideline on overwriting images and moved your version to a new title. There is even a notice about this in the file information template. The new version can be be found here: File:Tuğba Ekinci, 2013 (cropped).jpg. I have reverted your most recent upload on the full picture. Do not overwrite it again or your editing privileges will be revoked. --Majora (talk) 03:34, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Majora: , Thanks for your effort. But the history of that image is wrong now, it states that I created it on (29 Sept 2018), and this is wrong. So could you solve this. Thanks. --Dr-Taher (talk) 11:19, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
That's the date of upload. Which is correct. The date in the information summary says 7 March 2014. There is nothing to correct. --Majora (talk) 16:55, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your account has been blocked

[edit]

You were warned to not do this and yet you did so again. After your block expires do not overwrite files against COM:OVERWRITE. If you do so afterwards your account will be blocked for a much longer period of time. --Majora (talk) 20:57, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Majora: , Could you please review your comment above. You said: (Do not overwrite it again or your editing privileges will be revoked). You mention that file only. You don't say (Don't overwrite" any file)!. Also you didn't mention that "If I overwrite any file I will be blocked"! So I ask for unblock my account. Thanks. --Dr-Taher (talk) 02:54, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Even this argument shows the user will probably continue to do after the block what he has done until now, IMHO of course. Dr Taher a friendly advice to you, do not try to censure Commons. See you in a week. --E4024 (talk) 03:01, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You were already given a link to COM:OVERWRITE and you ignored it. You not only ignored the first split and reoverwrote that file again causing more work for admins here you then did it to multiple other files. You either didn't read the guideline or you did read it and ignored it. Either way, you are causing damage to Commons and work for admins here. You hold advanced permissions on other projects I would expect you to do the same for anyone causing damage to the projects you are a sysop on. I will not unblock you and I will object to any formal unblock request. Take the week to actual read our guideline on the matter. Do not create more work for people here once your block expires. --Majora (talk) 04:42, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Majora: . I think there is misunderstanding. When you comment (Do not overwrite it again), I thought you refere to that paricular image, not a genaral case. As I use the "Crop-tool", its default case is to overwrite the file. I overwrite the other file as I think it is a minor correction. I didn't intend to violate policies or cause more work for admins. Anyway I hope you understand my opinion. (I'm not sure if my comment is clear in English or not, as English language is not my mother tongue). Thanks for you. --Dr-Taher (talk) 05:23, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request for UnBlock

[edit]
Unblock request granted

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, and one or more administrators has reviewed and granted this request.

Request reason: "Hello, I will write in Arabic to be clear. So please ask an Arabic Admin to review my request. If there is no Arabic admin, tell me to rewrite the reason in English.
Unblock reason: "Majora's rationale was correct. There have been multiple notices ([1], [2]) regarding your cropping of files. Further, your recent (2019) history indeed demonstrates inappropriate cropping overwrites (e.g., File:Yasmeen Alkhateeb.png, File:Tuğba Ekinci, 2013.jpg (deleted revision) and File:سما المصري -3.jpg). You may well have genuinely believed the changes minor ("تعديل طفيف"), but they unambiguously were not; accordingly, that poor or misaligned judgment in this regard was indeed causing damage. As blocks are preventative, not punitive, the block was not without support and was not done in bad faith (frankly, as an admin on a sister project, you are expected to be aware that AGF applies to intent; good intentions with disruptive outcomes are every bit as damaging as bad intentions with disruptive outcomes. Blocks merely prevent the outcome--here, inappropriate overwrites--and do not comment on motives.) That said, you've committed to discontinue ("عموما فلن أكرر الكتابة فوق أية ملف مرة"), which resolves the issue. If you do return to overwriting, I trust you will consider COM:OVERWRITE and that it applies to all files going forward. Эlcobbola talk 20:58, 28 February 2019 (UTC)"[reply]

Thanks @Elcobbola: , for unblocking my account and for this explaination. (You remind me by that overwrite which I made 3 years ago). --Dr-Taher (talk) 21:12, 28 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
