Al-capone, wenn du ein Bild hochlädst mit "PD-self" dann muss das Bild auch "self", also selbst erstellt, sein. Wenn du Bilder von anderen Webseiten kopierst verstösst du gegen das Urheberrecht. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hallo Al-capone, Bilder auf Commons müssen frei sein zu jedem Zweck einscließlich kommerzieller Nutzung. In diesem Fall hat der Autor und Rechteinhaber auf Flickr, http://www.flickr.com/photos/oberazzi/2106543705/in/set-72157594579255149/, eine Lizenz gewählt die die kommerzielle Weiterverwendung verbietet, damit ist das Bild auf Commons nicht ok. Auch hier: Das Bild ist auf Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/45105801@N00/2593802734/, auch diesen Link musste ich suchen ;) ) mit "All rights reserved" (Alle Rechte vorbehalten) lizenziert, diese Lizenz sagt aus, dass man ohne Erlaubnis mit dem Bild absolut garnichts machen darf. Es ist völlig unfrei und entspricht in keinster weise dem Projektrahmen von Commons. Desweiteren: Flickr ist eine interessante Quelle für Fotos, allerdings musst du eben nach Creative Commons Bildern zur beliebigen Bearbeitung und zur kommerziellen Verwendung suchen. Wenn du Bilder von Flickr hochlädst empfiehlt es sich zudem die extra dafür eingerichtete Option in Commons:Upload/de zu wählen: Es kommt von Flickr (lies unsere Anleitung). Und so gehts weiter :( Hatten wir das nicht schonmal? Du darfs Bilder nicht hochladen wenn du nicht eine explizite schriftliche Freigage des Rechteinhabers hast die eine freie Verwendung des Bildes, einschließlich kommerzieller Verwendung, gestattet. Kann deinen Angaben "self"/"own work"/eigene Arbeit irgendwie glauben geschenkt werden? Leider nein, denke ich. --Martin H. (talk) 14:52, 18 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

... Nachdem ich deine Bilder gelöscht habe weil du unfreie oder falsch lizensierte Bilder hierher kopiert hast, hast du einfach angefangen Bilder als "eigene Arbeit" hochzuladen. Tolle Idee, nur leider verletzt du damit das Urheberrecht, du Verletzt die Projektrichtlinien und du enttäuscht andere die diese Lügerei entdecken. Hiermit beede ich den Monolog mal. --Martin H. For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
