@Montanabw: Technically, I think the 'correct' claim here would be that the sculptures are de minimis, instead of referring to freedom of panorama (which does not actually apply to sculpture in the US). The question is more why delete the redirects? Why NOT to delete them: If a file has existed at File:Holden Torana A9X 1977 01.jpg for 4 years, it is reasonably likely that someone, somewhere, is using that image. It is not about internal, but external, use. Deleting the redirect breaks the attribution link.

This was a redirect to another gallery. Usually Commons does not make such redirects. Category redirects exist, but I do not remember any gallery redirects. By principle, you can recreate the gallery, adding at least 2 items in it (because galleries with only 1 item are also eligible for speedy deletion) and categorizing the gallery into Martin Luther category. Usually third block for vandalism is indefinite. He got five blocks. After fourth block he requested unblock and I tried to be very positive (look the same talk page higher). This did not help, 3 days after the block expired, he got blocked again. Actually I have no desire to say anything to him, but you can do it yourself. В России существует свобода панорамы только для архитектуры, а в Украине, в Беларуси и в Казахстане её вообще нет. If film company makes a film, then it usually buys copyright of screenplay, not just license of screenplay. License {{PD-USGov}} says, that person, who works for government of USA, does not have copyright to his/her work. Hi Taivo. Thank you very much for your work in deletion of bad names of categories. I have seen that in art categories there was a policy of more precision in the names (e.g. "paintings by author" or "by artist" was changed in a more precise name, i.e. "Paintings by painter", and so "Sculptures by sculptor", "Photographs by photographer", etc. It's true Category:History paintings by author it's not a wrong name, but I prefer to delete it so that other users don't repeat the same error. But I've published the image and I can confirm that this is not a film still, book cover under copyright nor a fair use but it is a personal and private picture that I've uploaded directly from my local folder. I'm holding the rights eventually and I've published under CC BY-SA 4.0 just to enrich the wiki entry Niccolò Bruna. Please accept it or tell me what to do to avoid deletion.

Taivo, Вы правильно заметили что используются именно файлы меньших размеров, и именно их я бы хотел удалить. Т.е. что бы остались файлы больших размеров. Кроме того, видно что файлы больших размеров были добавлены раньше. Скорее всего маленькие файлы мне пришлось загрузить когда Викисклад не восстановил часть моих фотографий. А спустя какое то время они их восстановили, и таким образом появились повторяющиеся файлы. После удаления вышеуказанных файлов я внесу изменения на страницы к которым они привязаны. Или просто переименую большие файлы. Т.е. после удаления маленьких файлов, большим файлам я дам точно такие же имена, и в результате не придётся редактировать страницы на которых они размещены. Если это можно сделать автоматически, то это будет просто великолепно! Итак, вот большие которые должны остаться, и которым я потом дам имена маленьких файлов:
4) Т.к. на викискладе достаточно часто попадаются явно бракованные фотографии, то подскажите пожалуйста шаблон (метку/код) который ставится в описании для удаления файла. Надеюсь вы поняли о чём я.

- от 17 сентября 2007 (самый первый).
А все остальные версии удалите.
Т.к. на всех остальныех картинках цифры нарисованы не по ГОСТ Р 52290-2004. Поясняю, на дорожных знаках цифры пишутся специальным шрифтом, а не простым Times New Roman или Arial. Видимо этот спецшрифт разработали специально, что бы он был лучше виден водителям.

2) Я загрузил картинку в формате svg. Поэтому можно удалить картинку png ? File:HaveringLU.png - удалить File:HaveringLU.svg - оставить

The file had a lot of versions and Донор asked me on talkpage (see one thread higher) to clean the history. He wanted me to keep 3 versions and delete others, but for sake of file history I declined and deleted only some versions. Then I deleted the file unintendedly, but realized the mistake and restored the file next minute. You are right: there was something strange on the file. I restored all versions. To have a country participate in Wiki Loves Monuments, the local organising team needs to full-fill some requirements to be able to participate. Please! Calm down. I was very happy about his engagement regarding my requests. It is more disappointing how these WLM-contests work. Or better: do not work. It was my mistake not to understand the net of regularies and "helps" around it. For instance I read, Poland doesn't take part, BUT there many sites of heritage on the map. I choosed from it made photos and didn't found Poland on the list. So I will not upload these photos until next year - if Poland might take part in the contest. It is annoying. Sorry, but there was no heat here. I think some intonation was missing, I was only trying to explain the background. That some parts of the communication got lost is the disadvantage of written communication. Anyone can freely upload images from whatever country, but if a category is created for a country that does not participate, you create the suggestion that a certain country is participating while it is not. This would infringe our reliability. But I understand your annoyance. I have on my wishlist for some years that it would be possible to participate in every country in the world, but organising something like that is difficult. Very likely to be of use to illustrate Wikipedia or Wikinews articles on selfie poles and/or April’s Fool pranks in public media. For what it's worth this is a widespread cross wiki problem. Short of time at present but look at my recent protection log and you'll find two other files that are actually the same now protected and the unblocked users block. As far as I can see the majority of the users uploading the image (or simply placing text there) have been blocked by at least one other wiki. To me that means that these are "out of scope". While Commons serves as an independent project it also acts as a hub and server for other projects. If they consider it and the contributors unhelpful it seems highly like we should too.
