Layout update and highlighting the key message

I also propose to change the layout a bit. It has become common that Media cleanup templates are looking a bit different today. At least like:

This file has no source information! Please edit this file's description and provide a source.

or like {{No documentation}}

This template currently has no relevant documentation. Any editor familiar with the purpose and usage of this template is requested to write some documentation.

@W like wiki As the text called from a MediaWiki extension (Extension:WikimediaMessages) a change of the highlighted text can be done there only. Please request the change via a task on the relevant Phabricator component. It is not possible to change the highlighted part here. Raymond (talk) 06:27, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
