Polski: Możliwe procesy zachodzące w półprzewodniku po absorpcji fotonu. 1 proces absorpcji fotonu o energii co najmniej równej przerwie wzbronionej. 2 rekombinacja fotowygenerowanych elektronów i dziur (na sposób promienisty lub termiczny). 3 Międzyfazowe przeniesienie ładunku (dziury lub elektronu) na cząsteczki akceptora i donora.
