English: Phylogenetic tree based on DNA polymerase B of Imitervirales (Extended Mimiviridae). The viruses described only in metagenomics (contigs) are labeled in gray. The analysis was performed using Muscle and FastTree, applying the maximum-likelihood method with 1000 bootstrap replicates.
Deutsch: Phylogenetischer Baum der Imitervirales (> Erweiterte Mimiviridae) basierend auf DNA-Polymerase B. Die nur in Metagenomik beschriebenen Viren (Contigs) sind grau markiert. Die Analyse wurde mit Muscle und FastTree unter Anwendung der Maximum-Likelihood-Methode mit 1000 Bootstrap-Replikaten durchgeführt. |
