Description
Deutsch: Phylogenetischer Baum der Imitervirales (> Erweiterte Mimiviridae) basierend auf DNA-Polymerase B. Die nur in Metagenomik beschriebenen Viren (Contigs) sind grau markiert. Die einzelnen Zweige wurden nachträglich vor dem Hochladen mit den gängigen Bezeichnungen beschriftet.
English: Phylogenetic tree based on DNA polymerase B of Imitervirales (Extended Mimiviridae). Viruses described only in metagenomics (contigs) are highlighted in gray. Individual branches were subsequently labeled with common names before uploading.
