The culture of S. aureus clinical isolate FMB-1 was divided into two groups; chloroform-treated (●) or untreated (■). E, eclipse period; L, latent period; B, burst size. (C) Inhibition assays of S. aureus clinical isolate FMB-1 with phage CSA13 at 37 °C, with shaking at 220 rpm.
