Description
English: The Trial of Gandhi, pamphlet published by the Sacramento-based Muslim Association of America, containing a reprint of article originally published in Young India. The article describes the prosecution of Gandhi and Banker, for writing and publishing articles which attempted "to bring into hatred or contempt or exciting or attempting to excite disaffection towards His Majesty's Government established by law in British India." The pamphlet's cover contains an illustration from the San Francisco Call.
