Serafimerordens kors o axelband, prins Gustav - LRK 397-398
Description
Svenska: Malteserkors av guld med små kulor på spetsarna, armarna vitemaljerade med patriarkkors av guld, mellan och delvis på korsarmarna serafer av guld.

Välvd medaljong av mörkblå emalj, däri i guld och vit emalj IHS och kors samt i guld tre kronor och tre spikar.

Frånsidans medaljong av mörkblå emalj, däri i guld FRS, (FREDERICUS REX SUECIAE, Fredrik I av Sverige, 1680-1751).

Mellan den övre korsarmens spetsar ett scharnér och däri fäst en kunglig krona med vid korsgloben fäst ring, däri trädd öppen bandring.
