Svenska: Oval klack med porträttrelief av Gustav III, halsbild, profil h, peruk med stångpiska, bakgrund av blått siden. Monterad under välvt glas i fattning av guld, kanten täckt med vit emalj, guldtext: "D.19. OCH 21. AUG. 1772. RÄTTA FRIHETEN".Slät, svagt välvd baksida av guld. Ring av guld med t-formigt tvärsnitt, stämpel på insidan: trekronor, på utsidan triangulär stämpel med A D över 18. Ringens övre ändar kluvna, mellan armarna rankornament av silver.
