English: Remains of sea defences, Spurn, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Not sure if these can be described as 'groynes' as they run along the shore rather than out into the sea. Lumps of sea washed concrete also lie on the beach at this point indicating another failed attempt to hold back the waves. |
