Näsduk i linne med Erik XIV:s namnchiffer och Vasa-vapnet.
Description
Svenska: Handkläde (näsduk) av linne med i mitten Vasa-vapnet, broderat i silver, guld, blått och rött. I hörnen och på båda sidor om vapnet krönt E respektive R, de två nedre bokstäverna vända i samma riktning som bokstäverna vid vapnet, de övre upp-och nervända.Deposition från St. historiska museum 1915, SHM nr 3121:14, överlämnad från Drottningholm 1863. "3121 - Från Drottningholms slott, med Kongl.Maj:ts nådiga tillstånd aflemnade- 14 - En näsduk af fint linne, med Vasavapnet under sluten konglig krona i midten, samt vid sidorna om vapnet och i hörnen E R (Ericus Rex) under krona, broderade med förgyld silfvertråd och färgadt silke. Fläckar i duken uppgifvas vara efter blod från Sturemorden. År 1863".Duken är ett handkläde, en näsduk, från ca 1560.
