Oliver Johnson writes that William Lloyd Garrison's telegraph informing him that Garrison would be joining the upcoming anti-slavery meeting "drives away all discouragement". Johnson requests that prior to printing out hymns for use during the meeting Garrison ensure that all references to the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society are replaced with those referencing the New York Anti-Slavery Society
