Mentioning that the board of managers of the New England Anti-Slavery Society voted to call for a New England convention and to open an office, he asks for the opinion of the executive committee of the American Anti-Slavery Society with regard to the organization of anti-slavery societies throughout the country. He then talks about a few antislavery meetings in Boston
