klingsmed, en- och enhalvhandssvärd - LRK 10972
Description
Svenska: Korsfäste med knapp och pareranordning av mörkanlöpt stål samt beslag av förgyllt silver. Knapp stor, slät, närmast nötformig, tryckt från ut-och insidan, utmed smalsidorna ett kantbeslag, som nertill utgår från ett likartat ringbeslag kring knappens hals och upptill förenas med en fyrbladig rosett under det platta nithuvudet.
Pareranordning av två tämligen långa, raka parerstänger med runt tvärsnitt och ca 48 mm långa ändbeslag, ornerade med bladornament och tvärställda, skivliknande ytterändar, avslutade med små ändknappar. På utsidan bågformig kryssbygel, vars mittparti är ytmönstrad med små rombiska rutor, ändarna formade som stiliserade djurhuvuden. Kring kryssets ut-och insida ett beslag , som nertill övergår i en oval holk med profilerad, snett utstående, nedre kant (holken avsedd att täcka baljans mynning). På ut-och insidan av holken graverad ornering, en konturerad, okrönt sköld, vari Vasa-vapnet, skölden omgiven av bladornament.
Kavel med ovalt tvärsnitt, sammansatt av två sidostycken av trä och med avsmalnande överdel, klädd med mörkbrunt skinn (endast delvis bevarat).

Klinga rak, lång, slipad med två jämnbreda, mötande skär. Utan ornering.
