Description |
- " - Brim with pointed edge framing eight pictorial scenes surrounded by auricular ornament, profusely embossed and chased; they depict the Seasons, represented by rural labours at different times of the year, separated by small scenes featuring putti with symbolic attributes of the seasons; in the centre of the dish an engraved armorial shield, of which the coat of arms itself has been obliterated but is partly discernible on the reverse side. |
