Engelsk sadel, använd vid Karl XIV Johans kröning.
Description
Svenska: Sadelmakare O Rydberg, Stockholm, 1818. Sadel av blå sammet med stickningar av gult silke i enkla, dekorativa mönster. Rundade kåpor, fodrade med läder. Fyra förgyllda blomformiga tännlikor av mässing, en på var sida om sadelknappen, en på bakvalvet. Framvalv med mässingssölja, för fäste av pistolhölster, och en bred läderögla. Bakbom, 270 mm bred och 70 mm hög, rektangulär, i ett med sitsen. Kantfrans av buljoner, längd 330 mm bredd 60 mm. Under detta en 25 mm bred guldgalon. I främre kanten på kåpan en sammetsklädd ögla samt i den ena, en smal grön läderrem. Läderögla baktill för svansrem. Bommar klädda med mörkt läder. Bossor av blåfärgat linne, kantade med blå sammet (mycket nött) och fodrade med mörkt läder. Fyra sadelstroppar av ljusbrunt läder med åtta st hål för sadelgjord, två krampor av metall för stigläder. Till höger om kramporna oval tryckt etikett av gulnat papper med texten: "O. Rydberg// Sadelmakare// i// Stockholm// Norrbro No 3" samt en teckning föreställande en sadel, två träns och ett antal ridspön.
