2000/04 – 24 min Buch/Regie: Berthold Heizmann, Andrea Nowotny Das Rheinland, besonders die Region zwischen Bonn und Köln, liegt auf Platz vier der deutschen Apfelanbaugebiete. Etwa 25 Apfelsorten werden im Erwerbsobstbau kultiviert. Im Spannungsfeld zwischen Streuobstwiesen und riesigen Erwerbsplantagen geht der Film der Frage nach, wie natürliche Gegebenheiten und regionale Produkte des Rheinlands die Küche beeinflussen und prägen. Er zeigt auch verschiedene Anbauformen sowie Ernte und Weiterverarbeitung im ländlichen und industriellen Bereich. |
