| Description |
English: A68 leaving Lauderdale The Berwickshire side of the Soutra Hill pass. The alignment of the old road has been utilised as laybys, a popular HGV rest area. There is an extra lane for climbing, but if you are driving up the hill watch out for idiots overtaking going downhill - it happens frequently. The summit, to the left of the picture is a popular site for mobile speed traps.
At the time of visit, the wind power station was being expanded. |
