This manuscript by Maria Weston Chapman is a rough draft of the report of the committee in charge of the 16th National Anti-Slavery Bazaar. The report announces the opening of the Bazaar in Philadelphia, PA. Contributions to the Bazaar should be sent to Lucretia Mott. The treasury, management, etc., are the same as for the Boston bazaar. Chapman says that the Philadelphia Bazaar will not supersede the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Fair. All contributions sent to Robert F. Wallcut, 21 Cornhill will be forwarded
