Review
(criteria)
  •  Question How can the viewer see this is U.S. Route 89 in Arizona and not another route in another state? --Slaunger (talk) 12:45, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Question Are you sure the geolocation is correct? --Slaunger (talk) 12:48, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Seems to fail criterion 2: "There should be something visible in the nominated image which links it specifically in some way with the chosen scope. So for example "storm clouds over London" would not be acceptable unless there were buildings or other features visible which could distinguish it from, say, "storm clouds over Sydney" or "storm clouds over Tokyo"." --MichaelMaggs (talk) 18:45, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment I have corrected the geolocation but for the other questions I have no answer. The only thing I can say is that the picture has been taken north of Flagstaff and looking north.--Bgag (talk) 00:14, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Oppose As Michael says, I do not think the image provides a convincing illustration of the scope and I doubt if if a U. S. route in a particular state is a meaningful scope in the first place. But thanks for correcting the geolocation. --Slaunger (talk) 21:48, 7 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment I agree that the image fails to meet the criteria. It's a great image to illustrate the Wikipedia article, though. Well done. —Notyourbroom (talk) 00:17, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
