How to add a image on wikipedia

Can u please explain how to add a image on wikipedia? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.15.26.112 (talk • contribs)

Replacing a third party's image

How do I go about replacing an image originally posted by a third party?

In this case, I have made improvements to Diagram of consolidation and would like to replace the image originally posted by its creator under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license. I have no desire for credit and note at least one other editor has already made one improvement. I know I can post this as my own work with attribution, but I think it is better to just change the existing image so that all its usages are updated. If there is any dispute we can always revert. Tom94022 (talk) 23:24, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

The file history confirms updates by various contributors for various reasons, so if you're feeling bold and your version is valid go for it. Just in case I tagged the actual version as {{igen|I|30|+}} (invalid Inkscape with 30 errors), please update this when ready (s/I/T/ for text editor, s/30/v/ for valid.) Oddly COM:OVERWRITE does not mention "fix invalid SVG under Rillke's law", I've suggested to add it on Commons_talk:Overwriting_existing_files#Fixing_an_invalid_SVG. –Be..anyone (talk) 06:41, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
I'm a bit of a newbie in the Commons and image uploading so I'm not sure what u mean by "go for it" - upload a file with the same name? One problem I have is the original is a .svg file but I cannot generate that format with my editor, PaintShop Pro, so I can't replace it unless I use a conversion utility. Tom94022 (talk) 22:51, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
Different format => use a different name, and link to the SVG in the "other versions=" field, i.e. put [[:File:Diagram_of_Hard_Disk_Drive_Manufacturer_Consolidation.svg]] on the right side. Likewise you could mention your version under "other versions=" of the SVG. If you want a perfect solution use {{derivative versions|name of your file example.jpg}} as right side on the SVG page, and give the SVG as right side of source= (instead of other versions=) on the page of your file. Test it out, I rarely need less than five attempts for my own idea of "getting it right".:-)Be..anyone (talk) 01:00, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

I have several pictures regarding the link "http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:CH-46D_of_HC-11_after_crashing_on_USS_Fife_%28DD-991%29_1986.JPEG" and would be interested in providing them for display as long as I get the credit and the pictures remain my personal property.

The pictures I have of crash of the CH-46D crash on USS Fife DD-991 on 1 September 1985 were taken by me with my personal camera. It was a Canon AT-1 with a standard 55mm lens. I don't remember any of the camera settings. BTW, I have NO experience in uploading files to this site and may need assistance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.163.179.192 (talk • contribs)

Your property (= what you have on your hard disk or similar) is your property, but a copy on commons needs a free liccense allowing derivative works for in essence any (incl. commercial) purposes (with some rights reserved by the copyright holder, that's you if you are the author, unless you put it into the public domain.) Everybody could upload an improved version over your version, but they have to stick to the license (chosen by the copyright holder.) Otherwise "owner" is mostly irrelevant here, cf. COM:OWN or for Wikipedia w:WP:OWN. –Be..anyone (talk) 22:16, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

Bulk Upload

When i try to upload 33 files, thumbnails become broken file images. There is no preview. I had a similiar problem 4 months ago. I'don't want to go further. I lost several of hours with the uploader, as it prompted error after writing descriptions. At least it should upload without concern. Than we can edit categories and info. --Kafkasmurat (talk) 13:42, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

You can publish uploaded/stashed files from your personal stashing area when UploadWizard fails directly after you noticed the Wizard failed. The files are deleted a few hours after upload if they aren't published. The tool that allows publishing files from stash is sparse but robust and was written by me; in case you face into any errors with it, let me know and I fix it within a few days. -- Rillke(q?) 20:35, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
Apart from the fact that the developers of UploadWizard need details like the exact error message and how it looked like to be able to address the issues, this s****. And it s**** since the introduction of UploadWizard in 2011‎. Its code base is utterly complex, not really modular, and browsers decide to do things differently with DOM APIs from one update to the next one, especially because UploadWizard makes use of many experimental APIs so chances that something breaks are high. -- Rillke(q?) 20:35, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

Adding a recipient's name to the bronze star list

I would like to add my grandfather's name to the list of Bronze Star recipients. His name was Kenneth J. Welch. He received the Bronze Star at Okinawa: http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1P2-8366818.html.

Thank You, cw4289@yahoo.com Cw4289 (talk) 20:37, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

Wikimedia Commons (this site), being a media repository, does not keep such lists. For the purposes of structuring the media files that are hosted here, we do have a category which contains subcategories for individual recipients – but only when we have media files to place in those categories. Photo upload

Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried to upload a Photo, but as been refused because of the copyright. I did take the photo online. If I use a photo made by myself with my camera will that photo be accept, is it possible to have a easier explanation on how to upload a photo made by me?

Content must comply with Commons:Licensing and Commons:Project scope to be uploaded here. Photos that are within our project scope, that you created entirely yourself and that you are willing to publish under a free license will be accepted. That said, it is perfectly possibly to find content online that you may upload here, and it is possible to create photographs with your camera that we cannot host (such as derivatives of non-free works that are not covered by freedom of panorama). Taking a still from YouTube

Is it okay to take an image still from YouTube and upload it onto commons? Thank you. Masssly (talk) 14:15, 5 January 2015 (UTC)

No it is not, unless the YouTube video is your own work, is public domain, or is under a CC-BY or CC-BY-SA license. Even then, you have to link to the source. --Jakob (talk) 19:56, 5 January 2015 (UTC)

Convert 150+ CC-BY educational video files for upload

I have access to 154 CC-BY licenced educational videos that I feel would do very well on commons. They are all between 2-20 minutes, but are unfortunatly all in 720p mp4 format, and I would like to convert them to a supported format with as little loss of quality as possible. Any suggestions on how to do this? CFCF (talk) 14:27, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

Cannot upload new version of a file

I have a new version of this picture which I did upload, but this isn't displaying correctly. I tried uploading it as a new file, but this is then refused because the same file was already uploaded. However, an error did occur in the previous uploads to replace the old one, as the files are not being displayed. The consequence of all this is that the second panorama picture on the Wiki Tromso page is now completely blank, as the old version is replaced by the new one which isn't displaying. I tried uploading about 5 times now, each time clearing the cache but nothing is working. The file is a jpeg of about 41.1 MB, smaller even than the original file of a year ago (but much better quality). Smitra0 (talk) 14:52, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

It may be smaller in terms of file size, but it's bigger in terms of number of pixels. You've bumped into Commons:Maximum file size#Maximum size for thumbnails (and by "bumped into", I mean "exceeded nearly threefold" – well done). The workaround is also described there. LX (talk, contribs) 15:10, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
Can you restore the old version of December 2013 for the moment so that the wiki pages will at least show the old pics? I just exported the file to png (the original 1/2 Gigabit tiff file), this is 147 MB and is not uploading, I get the message that there is a 100 MB size limit. I'll try to fix this problem today or tomorrow. Smitra0 (talk) 16:17, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
✓ Done I thought there was no hard limit for JPEG files; and the error message shown when requesting a thumbnail appears to indicate that: Error code: 137 hints to an oom issue. Indeed, there is a 100 MiB file size limit for uploads which can be bypassed using chunked uploads. -- Rillke(q?) 18:20, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

Creatio Fantastica-logotyp.jpg

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have attempted to download a picture Creatio Fantastica-logotyp.jpg as during the first time I did it, the file was nominated for speedy deletion due to the lack of sufficent licence, and consequently, deleted. However, what should I do to upload the very same picture once I obtain the information needed? Sorry, I found nothing about "Locomotive Tishka", "Постер Мультсериала Паровозик Тишка", "изоброжения", or "izobrozheniya" (the latter probably meaning that Google translate gave up.) But your Log has lots of red links (deleted uploads) including File:Тишка Постер.jpg and File:Тишка ф.png. The files were deleted because you forgot to add a proper license, see Commons:Лицензирование or Commons:Licensing/uk. Commons certainly wants locomotive Tishka (whatever it is) with a free license.:-)Be..anyone (talk) 20:46, 13 January 2015 (UTC)

The site claims "all rights reserved", so you might be able to upload it as "fair use" on Wikipedia (not here.) You can also try to find the place where they found this photo, and if it's here you can use that. If it's on a US dot gov site (not this allgov.com site) it might be {{PD-USGov}}, and you can upload it here. If that's Greek for you just try the "fair use" on Wikipedia, and other folks will transfer it later from Wikipedia to commons (here) if allowed (= free license or public domain.) –Be..anyone (talk) 05:11, 14 January 2015 (UTC)

No upload wizard

The upload wizard is not loading. I do not know if this is because my browser is rather old (Chromium v6.0.472.63) or a hangover from yesterday's problem. Is there still another way to upload new files without using the wizard? — Cheers, Steelpillow (Talk) 12:54, 14 January 2015 (UTC)

Thank you. It would be helpful if the static part of the Upload Wizard page could have a link, so that it is easily findable from the main menu by navigating via Participate > Upload file > [use this if the Wizard fails you]. — Cheers, Steelpillow (Talk) 14:54, 14 January 2015 (UTC)

File name not allowed („Dieser Dateiname ist nicht erlaubt")

Hello. I did upload several thousands of files already and i would consider myself quite skilled. But now, when using the upload assistant on mass uploads, i ALWAYS get the error message „Dieser Dateiname ist nicht erlaubt“ (this filename is not allowed) on ANY file, though i use quite usual file names, like Eberbach-jan2015-neckartalblick.jpg or Eberbach-jan2015-altstadt002.jpg. Needless to say, that my files are absolutely normal JPG files with no extraordinary issues whatsoever. I tried to rename the files, change letters, change jpg to JPG etc, nothing works, still "filename not allowed". Any help? Schmelzle (talk) 16:42, 15 January 2015 (UTC)

That seems strange to me. Have you tried using the old Special:Upload instead (to see if it's the UploadWizard's fault)? --El Grafo (talk) 17:15, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
I have a similar problem. I already uploaded more than 200 .ogg files but today the assistant tells me this ending is banned ("This type of file is banned."). --LarsvonSpeck (talk) 17:47, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
Same here: Upload of .ogg Files fails with the same error message :( --Blik (talk) 08:38, 17 January 2015 (UTC)
Schmelzle sent me one of his files, and I couldn't upload that nor any other file with the "assistant" either. Every file produces an "Unbekannter Fehler: „badupload_file“" error. Might that have to do something with [1]? Uploading the files with the "old" upload method worked. --Rosenzweig τ 17:51, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
Seems to be a general problem with the UploadWizard, see also Commons:Upload_Wizard_feedback#upload_fails_with_illegal_filename_.28no_form_to_change_it.29. --El Grafo (talk) 18:54, 15 January 2015 (UTC)

Transfering file usage from old picture to new one

I just uploaded a better image than a previously used and I need to replace it everywhere it was used. Is there an easy way to transfer all the file usage of the previous image to the new I uploaded? Or I need to do it manually? Old file File:Alexis_Tsipras_die_16_Ianuarii_2012.jpg and new file File:Alexis_Tsipras_by_Robert_Crc.jpg Iaberis (talk) 22:50, 15 January 2015 (UTC)

There are two kinds of "better" on commons: Something different arguably better suited for the purposes of the worse file. Or in essence the same file with the same license obviously or arguably technically better than the old upload, a case for COM:OVERWRITE (simple, if it doesn't end up in arguing forever.) Presumably your upload was a "better" in the first sense, but without a free license and no public domain, and that's why it was deleted. –Be..anyone (talk) 08:15, 17 January 2015 (UTC)

Adding a picture from an newspaper's online website

Don't upload it here (commons), unless you find a free source. The newspaper site mumbles something about "republication strictly prohibited", and fails to mention where they got the image. An even smaller version was published in December 2001. You could upload it as "fair use" on wikipedia. –Be..anyone (talk) 02:30, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

The file/article on the artist Simeon Solomon is out of date.....the article shows a picture of his grave in its derelict state

It has now been restored in 2014 and I have the picture of the restored grave to upload.

I am the organiser of the restoration project and the photograph was taken by me.

How do I upload the photography and add the photograph to this article ?????

Stills from music videos

What would be the best type of copyright for stills from music videos? It would be best to be able to say "this is a still from the MTV music video..." I have access to original images from the music videos but I don't want to add them as just images, I want to credit them as being on television. Is that possible on Wikipedia? Johnlamint2253 (talk) 04:42, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

@Johnlamint2253: You can use Wikipedia's File Upload Wizard. In Step 3, choose "This is a copyrighted, non-free work, but I believe it is Fair Use." Then, when indicating the type of material, choose "excerpt from a copyrighted work", and then "Movie screenshot". Anon126 ( ) 17:54, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

How to update a file (specifically, a bar chart) with additional information.

The archive on updating describes the case where someone wants to add a better picture of something, so the answer given there [create a new file] makes sense. That help file also says that the original editor can update, for example to improve things like crop or contrast. That doesn't apply to my file (though I am the original creator), but even if it did, the controls to do so are no longer evident.

Let me be more specific. The file I want to revise is file:BofMiltonKeynesUA-popn.png . At present, it has data up to the 2001 census. I want to upload a new version, which is exactly the same except that I've added columns to reflect the 2011 census. Please advise. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 11:44, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

Hold off replying to this request for a while as I've just found Commons:Upload help/Archive/2014/03#Revising an existing file under Revise a file. Let me read that first to see if it answers my question. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 11:51, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
Withdraw help request as I have succeeded in updating/revising the file after reading the 'revising a file' archive. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 12:02, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

HOW TO UPLOAD MY PHOTOS FROM FLICKR TO WIKI

I have about 2398 high resolution images in FLICKR (my FLICKR username is 3Point141). Few hundred of which were directly uploaded to Wiki few years ago.

How can I upload the remaining images to Wiki from FLICKR?

This is a sample of my images; https://www.flickr.com/photos/3point141/16312055972/

Your help would be highly appreciated.

Also, you need to change the license of your photos to a CC-BY or CC-BY-SA license. See Commons:Licensing. Regards, Thibaut120094 (talk) 08:58, 19 January 2015 (UTC)

MTS video format conversion

I have MTS format video. What should I do with it?

  • What's the best upload format for Commons?
  • Suggestions please for a format conversion tool?

Thanks Andy Dingley (talk) 12:25, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

@Andy Dingley: Help:Converting video has all the information. WebM is the preferred format (though Ogg is also fine), and there are many conversion tools available. (My personal preference is FFmpeg.) Anon126 ( ) 17:46, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
Thanks, I've set up FFmpeg, converted and uploaded: File:Dancing horses, Chepstow Mari Lwyd 2015.webm
Quality's a bit clumpy though - not as good as original or the MP4 I also made. Do you know how to improve quality settings with FFmpeg? I can't make sense of the parameters. I've since tried it with Ogg File:Dancing horses, Chepstow Mari Lwyd 2015.ogv, which is much better. Andy Dingley (talk) 00:37, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
@Andy Dingley: You can use a simple "-q [0-9]" quality scale for most some output formats, for example:
ffmpeg -i input_file.avi -q 9 output_file.ogv
I didn't build my ffmpeg with WebM support, but I suspect it would work. --jnkyrdsprkl (talk) 16:47, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
@Andy Dingley: Sorry, it looks like that might not actually work, according to the list of options for that codec... more explanation of how the options work together on this page. I stick to Ogg for uploads myself. --jnkyrdsprkl (talk) 17:37, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
@Andy Dingley and Junkyardsparkle: According to this page, the relevant option is -crf, ranging from 4 to 63 (lower means better quality). Anon126 ( ) 18:58, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
Thanks guys, but now I'm even more confused.
The Ogg file is 26MB and the default .webm is 2.41MB. Using the -quality parameter and best, good, realtime gives sizes of 2.22, 2.41, 3.29 MB. Quality is proportionally (probably not linearly) to file size, which confused me even further. -crf does nothing. 4..63 all give the same results as the default.
I think I'll give up on .webm and just stick to Ogg. Andy Dingley (talk) 20:05, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
Please check my FFmpeg options on File_talk:Wikipedia_Edit2014.ogv#FFmpeg_log, I'm desperately looking for improvements (notably 2-pass). –Be..anyone (talk) 04:21, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

Upload of a historic non-free image

I would like to upload a historic non-free image of a self portrait of Adam Bruce Thomson (1885-76) to go on his Wikipedia entry. This is a photograph that I have taken of an oil painting by Mr Thomson. Could you please tell me what the Commons Copyright tag would be for this? Many thanks. For non-free you could pick {{speedydelete|non-free, undelete in 2047}}. In other words, don't upload it here while it's non-free. –Be..anyone (talk) 22:03, 22 January 2015 (UTC)

Wizard not allowing re-upload of image

Hello, I had an image that was deleted by a bot who believed that it was uploaded without permission (this is not accurate, but it's possible I may have labeled something incorrectly the first time). I need to re-upload it, but the wizard will not allow me, because the previous upload of that image was deleted. Please let me know how to proceed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pvtcal (talk • contribs) 16:41, 23 January 2015‎ (UTC)

Pick another name or request undeletion. There could be a third option with something known as "stash", for that I'd ask Rillke. And avoid the upload wizard when you already know (better) what you want. –Be..anyone (talk) 17:09, 23 January 2015 (UTC) Disabled ping, see below. –Be..anyone (talk) 17:25, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
All the three files you uploaded were deleted by User:Fastily, who is not a bot. The files were tagged by me (and I can assure you that I am not a bot) and by Secondarywaltz, who does not appear to be a bot either. You should not attempt to recreate previously deleted content yourself. If you do, you may be blocked. Instead, you may appeal the deletion at Commons:Undeletion requests. This is, of course, already explained on your user talk page. LX (talk, contribs) 17:14, 23 January 2015 (UTC)

Hello

I am working on behalf of these Artists as well as Artem Chigvintsev, I have uploaded images with their permission, all images are linked to their websites and are in the public domain unfortunately these are now all listed for possible copyright violation. How can this be resolved please as we would rather not have to go through this process everytime we upload to either Artem, Kristina or Robins Pages. Images are photoshoots by our clients and so they have sole copyright.

First of all, you may wish to read Commons:Guidance for paid editors. That will probably answer most of your questions.
You say that you work for these people. Unfortunately, it's common for people to impersonate other people in order to upload copyright violations, so for previously published and professional content, we need to take additional verification steps to ensure the integrity of this project and those who use it, especially if there is no external indication that the content is free (and I can't see any indication at either https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=800213026657705 or any of the websites mentioned that any of this content is in the public domain). Therefore, you will need to e-mail our permission archive volunteers. (Full instructions are on that page.) Also, and this is not really an issue here on Commons, but it looks like you have an undisclosed conflict of interest on English Wikipedia given your edits there. You should probably read up on their stance on that.
Now, I can see from your log that you have uploaded nine files, six of which have been deleted. Please do not recreate any deleted files yourself. Doing so may lead to your account being blocked. If you send in evidence that you have the legitimate copyright holder's approval to release this content into the public domain (or to publish it under a free license), it will be restored by an administrator. If the copyright holders are not the photographers but the subjects of the photos, you will also need to include the contract stating that the photoshoot was a work for hire or the copyright transfer agreement, whichever applies. Apparently you haven't done anything on commons so far, apart from this message here. That triggered a "welcome" message on your talk page with lots of interesting links. "Property" is mostly irrelevant here, all is about "copyright", e.g., if you were the photographer, or if you can show that an image uploaded by you has a free license. –Be..anyone (talk) 08:49, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

Simeon Solomon

The article on the artist Simeon Solomon is out of date

it shows a photograph of the derelict grave

I am the organiser of the project to refurbish the grave which has been carried out

I own the photograph of the new grave

how do I upload it and add it to the article...or can someone do it for me if I provide the photo ?

FrankVigon (talk) 18:26, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

When you say you own the photograph, do you mean that you just own a copy of the photograph, or did you actually create it yourself? If it's the latter, just go to Special:UploadWizard and follow the instructions there. If someone else created the photo, it's easiest if they upload it themselves. Then, to add the photo to a Wikipedia article, see en:Wikipedia:Picture tutorial. LX (talk, contribs) 19:42, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

You will need to get the photographer (if they are alive; otherwise the photographer's heirs) to agree to publication under a free copyright license, allowing anyone to use the photo in modified or unmodified form for any purpose, including commercial purposes (from a copyright perspective at least; personality rights legislation may still prevent some uses). If they agree to that, they will need to send in a formal permission statement to our permission archive. LX (talk, contribs) 18:25, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi! I am sorry for responding in English, but whatever language that is, it doesn't look like anyone who speaks it is going to answer. Obviously, I have no idea what you're asking (if you're even asking anything – there is no question mark), but there are several problems with your uploads so far:
  • File:IMG0009A.jpg: You've stated that the file description is in Hindi, but it's written in the Latin alphabet rather than in Devanagari. Google Translate can't make sense of it directly, but asks if I meant "मैंने इस फोटो को स्वयं लिया है", which it translates to "I took the photo itself". It's good that you created the photo yourself, but that information is already provided via the source and author fields. The description field is supposed to describe what it is we see in the photo. You've placed the file in Category:1'B'1 locomotives, but it definitely does not depict a locomotive. It looks like some kind of cave somewhere. Please give files sensible names, descriptions and categories. Files that no one has any idea what they depict are not useful to anyone. Also, please upload higher resolution versions of your photos. Even files with meaningful names, descriptions and categories aren't very useful if they're only a tiny 240×320 pixels.
  • File:IMG0027A.jpg and File:Lekhak.jpg don't have very meaningful names, descriptions or categories. Photos of low technical quality depicting people with no discernible notability are generally outside of Commons' project scope.
  • File:Daanga saa.jpg has been deleted as a copyright violation. Please don't upload copyright violations. LX (talk, contribs) 19:05, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi! I'm sorry for responding in English, but it doesn't look like anyone who speaks Uzbek is going to answer. It's a little hard to understand the automatic translation of your question. If your question is whether you can upload photos that you found on Instagram or on Fifa.com to Commons, then the answer is almost certainly "no". File:Bojan Miladinović.JPG that you uploaded four minutes after asking the question above was deleted as a copyright violation, just like the three files you had uploaded previously. –Be..anyone (talk) 14:37, 27 January 2015 (UTC)
--K@rl (talk) 16:16, 28 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi! I'm sorry for responding in English, but it doesn't look like anyone who speaks Portuguese is going to answer. You might have more luck at Commons:Esplanada. It's a little hard to understand the automatic translation of your question. If you have a photo or a video that is within our project scope (that is: it has educational value and it is either in the public domain or published under a free license by the copyright holder), you can upload it by following the instructions at Commons:Upload or Special:UploadWizard. If you just want to add content about yourself, that probably does not have any educational value. LX (talk, contribs) 22:41, 30 January 2015 (UTC)

I had a mistake in setting the image license and want to change it. Please help.

Hi. I am new to this site, and I wanted to upload a map image (which I had modified). The image I had used was an original svg file by another user.

But, being a newbie here, I used the Upload Wizard which asked "Is this your work?" (or something like that). And I was thinking, yes and no. Yes because it was a derivative work (I modified it), and no because it was an original file created by another user. I opted to stay safe and choose NO, because it wasn't my original work. Upon successful uploading of the file, I checked the license which attributed the author of the modified image solely to the original creator/person (Felipe Aira) I had cited during the upload process, without any attribution to me (except as the mere uploader).

In a nutshell, I would want to ask help in changing the license of the image I had modified and uploaded into something like "Derivative (modified) work by Sanglahi86, and original file by Felipe Aira".

Thank you. Sanglahi86 (talk) 12:07, 27 January 2015 (UTC)

Ok, it's fixed. I just edited the image license the way I wanted it to appear. I had no idea it could be edited.

Google translation: Post historical and artistic images of the ancient City of Alcaraz (Spain). I wish to post images and photographs related to this beautiful town in southern Castilla
Hi! I'm sorry for responding in English, but it doesn't look like anyone who speaks Spanish is going to answer. You might have more luck at Commons:Café. It's a little hard to understand what your question is based on the automatic translation. If you have content that is within our project scope (that is: it has educational value and it is either in the public domain or published under a free license by the copyright holder), you can upload it by following the instructions at Commons:Upload or Special:UploadWizard. The content should be categorised under Category:Alcaraz. LX (talk, contribs) 22:47, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
