Hence i feel that geo-coding is not necessary. There are way to many good images in this category, many taken by professional photographers and released by the subject herself to Commons. What not choosing File:Raageshwari.jpg which is used on the English WP page? It would be easy to geocode, as the place of this performance is certainly known.
