Oppose Same reason as here: Commons:Bots/Requests/Jæbot, Commons:Bots/Requests/Jæbot (2), Commons:Bots/Requests/IpernityreviewR. See his RFR request and requests at some admins/crats talkpages, hat collecting. Needless to say that the user uploaded duplicates and does not categorize his recent uploads.
