What do native English speakers call these?

[edit]

Native English speakers, what do you call these at first glance? How would supermarkets/butcher shops label it? I ask because I dont think the current category name is the most commonly used English term.--Roy17 (talk) 02:27, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Roy17: English Wikipedia gives Pig's trotters as the term, just making reference.廣九直通車 (talk) 06:02, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As food, in the U.S., typically just "pigfoot". E.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbQEapPrjGM . - Jmabel ! talk 13:14, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
