English: Sture church is a medieval catholic church in Turku castle. It was built by Sten Sture the Elder and completed in 1480s. It's first vaults were groin vaults which were destroyed in 1614 by fire and replaced with barrel vault. Barrel vault was removed in late 1700's. Remains of both vault types were left in reconstruction after WWII. Sture church is used occasionally in catholic services.
Suomi: Sturen kirkko on keskiaikainen katolinen kirkkotila Turun linnassa. Molempien holvien jäänteet on jätetty näkyviin sodan jälkeisessä rekonstruoinnissa. Sturen kirkossa järjestetään satunnaisesti katolisia messuja.
